You should all set a goal for yourselves. It can be anything. Maybe you want to do yoga more often. Maybe you want to learn how to control your emotions through meditation. Maybe there is just a certain pose that you want to try and work your way up to.
This, ever since I saw it first done, has been my favorite pose. It’s called the Scorpian and it is a lot harder than it looks! My goal is to eventually master this pose!
